For a fabulous family holiday or a break with friends, Steephill Cove is the perfect destination.
The Cove is a beautifully tranquil spot for the ultimate traditional bucket and spade holiday or to switch off without having to jet off. In fact, it’s such a favourite magical place for our guests that they return year after year to its delights.
The Boathouse, located right on the beach, has been renovated lovingly using natural woods to echo the beachside location, the great outdoors meets comfort in this character house. The master bedroom up in the eaves has stunning sea views as does the living room with its cosy and restful aspect.
As well as the master bedroom there are two further twin bedrooms one up stairs and one downstairs. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a spa bath – perfect for relaxing after a long coastal walk. There is a large kitchen with all mod cons and a large dinning table for your family meals. You also have your own private balcony to enjoy the views and a sunset glass of wine. And of course there is the beach right on your doorstep. To top it all off, on the beach wall the house has its own area for deck chairs during the day.
You have a garage at the top of the Cove. With children in mind we have provided a high chair and baby gate and there is WIFI, Smart TV, free view channels and a DVD player with films.
So if a family holiday on the beach is what you're looking for or you want to relax with friends, then we have thought of everything to make your stay truly memorable in this most unique of places. With its spectacular position, The Boathouse will be somewhere that you’ll want to return to year after year which many of our guests do!

Steephill Cove on the Isle of Wight is the perfect destination for stunning summer holiday right on the beach or a wonderful winter get away. Generally warmer weather than the rest of the UK and spectacular scenery mean a relaxing break or invigorating walking holiday are on your doorstep.
Our holidays run from Saturday to Saturday from Easter to October.
During the winter season we do offer short breaks and weekly stays from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday.
£150 refundable damage deposit is required with all bookings.
